A: In very rare cases, a problem during app download or update can leave a defective copy of the app on your device. If your app exhibits strange behavior, follow the steps outlined below to re-download the app and restore your progress.
1) From the Category Button, make a note of your current progress (the current level) for each category.
2) Go to your device home screen and press and hold down on the COSWORD app icon, then select "Remove App" and then "Delete App."
3) Download a fresh copy of the COSWORD app from the App Store® online store.
4) Open the COSWORD app, and then tap the Category Button. At this point all categories will be "ready to start."
5) Press and hold down on each category button until you're asked to restore your progress. Use the level numbers that you noted in step 1.
Before you go to the trouble of replacing the app, you might want to make sure the problem is not with your device: For example, if you don't hear sounds in the game, check that your device is not muted, or that the sound volume high enough to hear.
